In fact, you can feel lonely even when you’re around other people. Loneliness is all about missing a connection you had in the past.

Now, keep in mind that being alone isn’t all that bad of a thing. In fact, some alone time can be really helpful for getting your mind back on track after your divorce. So, it’s okay to accept that you’re on your own for the time being. However, you can also still work on those lonely feelings too.

Plus, this is a great time to make some new connections. Of course, don’t rush into anything like a rebound relationship. Instead, try and make some new friends through your hobbies or other activities. Making these connections can really help boost your confidence when it’s feeling low.
